After an early career as a pharmacist, he went onto serve at the highest levels of healthcare leadership, with a track record of improving profitability, visibility and performance at health systems along the East coast. He is a former president and CEO of numerous hospitals, including Sharon Hospital in Sharon, CT, and Sheltering Arms Corporation in Richmond, VA. He also served as executive vice president of Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network Healthcare, a regional rehabilitation leader with more than 70 locations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
